A SERVE TEAM TRAINING

Every year the entire Serve Team gathers for training at our on all things Evangel. You're invited to join us on Saturday, August 18 from 8am-12pm at both of our Campuses to refresh ourselves on the basics of serving at Evangel as well as hear a special word for the coming year from Pastor Mike.

What to expect
We're working hard to plan a fun and memorable experience for your Saturday morning whatever campus you attend. We know it's Saturday so we want to honor your time. We'll have prayer time from 8-8:45 followed by breakfast for all. Then we'll move to the Main Auditorium for Pastor David in Montgomery or Pastor Devon in Prattville talk on the mission and strategy of the Serve Team. Afterwards we'll break into our ministry teams and talk about the basics of serving on your team. Finally we'll come back to the Main Sanctuary for a talk from Pastor Mike on reaching more people with the Gospel. Your kids will be taken care of the whole time in our preschool area.

What time should I arrive?
We encourage you to come to prayer at 8am, but if you just can't make it that early, come at 8:45-9:20am for breakfast and time together.

What should I wear?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. You’ll see everything from t-shirts to dress shirts. Whatever you wear, we’re happy you are here!

What if I have kids?
We have trained childcare workers who will happily entertain your kids for the duration of the meeting in our preschool area. You will be able to drop them off after breakfast.

Which Breakout should I attend?
A lot of people serve in multiple ministries and it can be hard to choose. We're offering many breakouts twice so you can pick and choose which to attend at your convenience.
